Our Diaspora North America team is seeking passionate Christ-followers eager to guide others on their spiritual journeys. Join us in Minneapolis to build meaningful relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and share the love of Jesus!

Tasks:

Immerse yourself by living in diverse local cultures to build connections within immigrant-rich neighborhoods.
Foster meaningful relationships with your neighbors through creative and welcoming initiatives.
Share the gospel with cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm, initiating Bible studies to nurture spiritual curiosity.
Equip new believers with culturally relevant tools to lead and establish vibrant church communities.
Embrace ongoing learning to ensure your approach to sharing the gospel remains respectful and effective within diverse contexts.

Specific Qualifications:

Ability to build strategic relationships with missionaries, churches, and immigrants.
Be familiar with disciple-making strategies and possess the ability to implement them effectively.
Passion to make Christ-followers, who in turn, make Jesus-followers through discipleship and mentoring.
Willingness to engage in Kairos training (which we can happily provide on-site!)
